Reason: The username or password entered does not match any account in the system.
Fix: Double-check your username and password for typos. Ensure Caps Lock is off. Use the "Forgot Password" option to reset if needed.
Account inactive. Please contact administrator.
Reason: Your account has been deactivated or suspended by an administrator.
Fix: Contact your account administrator to request reactivation. This cannot be resolved from the user side.
Account not found
Reason: No account exists with the provided email or username.
Fix: Verify you entered the correct username. If you are a new user, create an account through the registration page.
User already exists
Reason: An account with the given username is already registered.
Fix: Choose a different username, or log in with the existing account if it belongs to you.
Too many reset attempts. Please try again later.
Reason: The system detected too many password reset requests from your account in a short period.
Fix: Wait before trying again. This rate limit is temporary and resets automatically.
Invalid or expired reset token
Reason: The password reset link you clicked is invalid or has expired (links expire after 1 hour).
Fix: Request a new password reset link from the forgot password page. Use it within 1 hour.
Username and password are required
Reason: One or both login fields were left empty.
Fix: Fill in both the username and password fields before submitting.

Access denied
Reason: You do not have the required permissions to access this resource.

Reason: The session token is malformed, tampered with, or does not match any valid session.
Fix: Log out completely and log in again. If the issue persists, clear your browser cache and cookies.
Refresh token invalid / Refresh token subject mismatch
Reason: The refresh token could not be validated, or it belongs to a different user.
Fix: Log in again to receive a new refresh token. Do not share your session across different accounts.
Session token is required / Session token not found
Reason: The request did not include a valid session identifier.
Fix: Ensure you are logged in. If you are logged in and still see this, try logging out and back in.
Unauthorized, Session token required
Reason: Admin-only endpoints require a valid authenticated session.
Fix: Log in with an admin account. Regular user accounts cannot access admin pages.
Access tokens last 15 minutes, refresh tokens last 7 days, and guest sessions last 30 days. The system automatically refreshes your access token using the refresh token. If you remain idle for too long, you will need to log in again.

Fix: Add domains to your cart first by searching and clicking the add-to-cart button.

Fix: Try logging in again. Verified items will not be added twice. If the issue persists, contact support.

Fix: Contact support to clear the stuck remote cart before attempting checkout again. Do not retry until this is resolved.
Please register or login to checkout
Reason: Checkout requires an authenticated user account.
Fix: Log in or create an account before attempting to checkout. Guest checkout is not supported.
If a checkout fails mid-process, do not retry immediately if you see a cart cleanup error. Contact support first to avoid duplicate charges or stuck orders.
